How a Matter Is Evaluated
An evaluation begins with the parties, facts, documents, deadlines, and the client’s objectives. The firm then determines whether the issue falls within its practice, whether conflicts or capacity prevent representation, and what additional review is needed. A legal strategy can be recommended only after sufficient facts are known.
Prior matters and representative services do not guarantee a future result. Outcomes vary based on facts, evidence, law, agencies, courts, opposing parties, and other circumstances. Contact the firm to discuss the next appropriate step.
